It's hard to see.

For swords, I would avoid sinking pellets. Flakes are good - you just need a smaller pinch.
 
@GaryE @Colin_T are swordtail fish supposed to have a black spot on their mouth? Also for some reason they dont enjoy my flake food not sure what to do
 
Watch them closely. A lot of hobbyists get fooled by how they chew. They have pharyngeal teeth, inside their mouths, on the roof and of I recall correctly, into their throats. So to chew, they have to spit food in and out several times, to drag it across the teeth.

Possibility two is the food could be stale or low quality.
