Also have a SunPaq 48" long light strip. Used it for 6-7 months also and has been sitting around since May. 2 X 65W actinic compact flourescents with the square pin connectors. Built in with 2 lunar lights. A slightly older model of this one: http://www.aquariumguys.com/48satellite.html

Except mine does have two cooling fans; one at either end of the strip. Paid $100 plus shipping. Want $50 for the light fixture.
EDIT: Add $10 for packaging and shipping; will ship priority in US and Canada.

Pics of the light strip. The two box adapters are for each cooling fan. The third plug is for the lighting --- tubes and LEDs.

Package has arrived could not of asked for a better packing job. It had notes on operation that anyone with a 2 grade reading level could follow. I'm extremely happy about its arrival.

Thank goodness you got it! I was getting worried since the hurricane came shortly after I sent it out. :good:

I still need to send you the instructions and standoffs that I recently found too. Things are starting to get back to normal here, so I think I'll venture to the post office tomorrow and ship that too.
