Sunken Stomach

So sunken stomach has taken over in my tank. im pretty sure all 30 of my fish have it. Is there any premade medicated food i can use? and is there anything i should treat the water with? Thanks

We might need some  more information. Do you have an pictures for us? How about your water params? Have you cycled your tank?

There are a couple of possibilities. The most common one being internal parasites. My first treatment of choice here would be flubendazole. Here are several links, all related to the same site on the subject you should read.
