Otos need a group of at least 6, and the tank must have grown enough algae to feed this number before they go in the tank.

Endlers are not compatible with cories or the tetras. it's either the soft water fish and mix your tap water with RO water, or plain tap water and hard water fish.

AAAAH!!! lol why is this so hard. ok revised again:
Tank dimensions: L60 D35 H50 cm.
Fish:
2 Apistogramma agasizii (1pair) any other recommendations for a dwarf cichlid?
6-8 Corydoras
6-8 tetra
3 oto
3 endler

Any recommendations for:
other dwarf cichlids that could work
tetras
Corydoras

The problem is that you want to mix hard and soft water fish. If you do this, one or other type will suffer.

You have two options:
Use all tap water and keep hard water fish
Mix tap and RO water half and half and keep soft water fish.

If you put soft water fish in your tap water, their bodies will accumulate calcium deposits which will slowly kill them.
If you put enders in a tap/RO mixture, they will suffer from calcium depletion.

Ok which of the above species work together? Also with cichlids I was thinking multifaciatus maybe or Apistogrammas or Kribs

If you mix tap water and RO, the tetras, apistogrammas and cories would work together, though the cories would get picked on if you had a male and female apisto and they bred. Although a tank with a footprint of 60 x 30 cm is the minimum for apistos, they would be better in a bigger tank if kept with other fish.

If you use plain tap water, you could keep multies, but not with any of the fish you have so far mentioned, not even endlers. In a larger tank they can be kept with certain other species of fish from Lake Tanganyika, but nothing else. See this profile of multies https://www.seriouslyfish.com/species/neolamprologus-multifasciatus/ The other fish they suggest as possible tank mates need a much bigger tank than 54 litres.
