Stocking A 35gal

Im getting a new 35gallon tomorrow complete with stand and lighted hood for just $50 and I dont know what im going to put in it, I want something different. What are some interesting fish that I can put in there. I love cichlids, guppies, cats, and oddballs like knife fish So any stocking ideas would be great, thanks!

Well u can have some tetras guppies cories platies swordtails.

platys and swordtails will cross so its best not to keep them together
