I have a 20 gallon high. I did a fishless cycle and added 7 harlequin rasboras. I know I could have added everything at once, but I didn't know what I wanted. I'm still not sure, but I'll be sure to add fish slowly and watch my water closely for mini-cycles as I add fish.

Anyway, here's what I'm thinking:
7 harlequin rasboras
5 or so male guppies (I've heard smaller groups can create some aggression)
5-6 panda cories

Does this seem about right, or will this overstock me?

Thanks!

Awesome. I love those little guys, and I'd like to have a few more. Thanks for your response! :)

IMO there might not be enough floor space for 5 panda cories, especially since its a 20 tall.
I know people say they dont need a lot of floor space but they grow really really large.
You might want to look into dwarf cories -> Corydoras habrosus, Corydoras pygmaeus and Corydoras xinguensis etc.

Everything else looks great though

A long would give the corys 25% more room on the bottom. But I still think the high would be fine for the corys, since they are really social I don't think it would matter all that much. Also because pandas only reach about 2".

You could go for dwarf corys if you really like them. You would be able to get quite a few. I have only ever seen locally them at A World of Fish(i'm guessing you know where that is). I think they are the Corydoras habrosus. They are pricey though, about $6 or $7 each. Which IMO is too much for a fish that small.

In my community tank, i have a shoal of 9 harlequins (my favourite little fish) with some neon tetras, 6 corys (dwarfs), some black skirt tetras, and also a few larger fish.

To me your stocking looks great!
