Stem Plants

I've got some stem plants that are nearly growing out the water!

I'm scared to chop them as I always think they will never grow back

If I trim them, how exactly do you do it? Because I would like to half the size of them and re-plant to grow more.

That's all you need to do mate
They will grow back
All my stem plants grow so quick and need cutting back
Just remove enough leaves etc to get enough stem in you substrate
