Was wondering if anyone with a 29g biocube could help me out here... i know the general rule of thumb is 1-2 lbs of substrate per gallon, but I realize that this is obviously going to be different depending on the shape of the tank, as well as the density of the substrate...

So my question is... who here has a 29 gallon biocube set up as a plant tank, and how many pounds of substrate did you have to purchase for it to achieve a 2"+ depth?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
