Something Weird On My Molly

I have a molly and recently I have seen that her eye is surrounder by this sort of thing that fits around it... its white, and looks kinda opaque... any ideas on what it is and how to solve it?

which type of molly is it? and dont suppose you have a picture or a better discription? is it worm like? could it be a coudy ring within the eyeball itself? does the eye look bigger than the good eye?

Need water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, how many gallons is the tank, how long has it been set up, plus how many fish and which type.

its a dalmation molly, and the "victim" eye is bigger than the one that is Ok. My ammonia is at 0, my Ph is at 7.8, and its a 10 gal.. srry i dont have any test strips for nitrite and nitrate... i have 2 corys, 3 dalmatian molys and a parrot pifsh (i know, it will grow out of it, just keepng it while i can.)
