Hi this is more of a heads up than anything. I saw on the Jeff Rapps site the other day that he had Heroina Isonycterina instock!! Which is pretty incredible really - they are a rare cousin of the ever popular Severum and that is all I know of them... They have not been in the hobby much if at all prior to this, perhaps a few pairs are around in Europe (Germany and Netherlands) from people collecting from the wild but not sure.

For me these are one of two or three South Americans that are beyond rare. The others being Mazarunia Mazarunii and perhaps a little less rare the Inca Stone fish.

Found out via their facebook page that One Click Fish is offering these for £75 each so quite a serious investment... Would love it if someone from this forum would get some :)

Looks an awful lot like the wild "gold" severum one of the stores I go to got in.... Maybe I should take another look at it.

Its the spots and the body shape that make the biggest difference from a Severum - check out google images there are some great pics on there. You might find them a little easier than in UK as well - you could order straight from Rapps :D
