Some Success In Breeding Rams

I've had a little success in raising Rams from eggs to fry to adult. Here are a few pictures of my active Rams.

I usually leave the eggs and fry in the original tank. This ends as you would expect, all are eaten. In one case, I pulled the leave off of the sword that the eggs were on and moved it to a small tank. I was able to raise 4 of the fry to adults.

A lot of trial and error and of course money. But, it's a hobby...

Wow, very nice, what kind of gravel do you use??? my plants always dies.. and everytime my ram eggs hatch, the babites always get stuck in the gravel and die... do you have any tips?
