So you purchase a nice new large tank, you make the space for it to go but it doesnt occur to the tiny brain to make sure you can actually get it into the room its final resting place will be.
Yep 5ft tank, 51cm wide, 63cm tall and a very narrow hallway leading to the room it needs to go in. Now clearly the tank wont bend around the corners, plus you also have banisters in the way to lift it up and over (even if you could as its extremely heavy!) What do you do?
If you 'up-end' it, do you risk cracking the tank as all the weight will be shifted to the one end?
Help because no matter what way we try there is no conceivable way to get this tank into the room
Ive even measured the window from the room to the outside of the house, its 1cm wider than the width of the tank, however, the bleedin window doesnt open wide enough, Ive considered taking the window out but Im scared I couldnt get it back in again!
We had no problems with the 4ft tank, but apparently the extra 12" is pushing our luck.
