I have not dealt with anchor worm before, but from what I know, it attaches to fish scales or skin. I see nothing of that nature in the picture.

Unless I'm missing something..... I see a poop. A normal poop. Is that what you are referring to?

Based on that sole picture, I see nothing wrong.

I second a healthy looking poo.
 
I only see what looks like a normal poop too. If you had anchor worms, you'd likely see more than one, stuck to different parts of the fishes body.

If you can get a macro shot, it would help.
