Size Isn't Everything

Wanted a few new plants to rescape tank.

Couldn't find what i wanted at LFS so ordered from 2 different suppliers.They both arrived in very different packages.

Big box gave up this

From planted tanks.got way more than i expected.used them before and would recommend.

what is that plant in the cardboard box? and why would you even send a plant in a box that big! I bet you thought they'd sent you extras!

I did.They threw a load of bubble wrap in, which stopped any crushing, but the pot got thrown around.Plant was not looking happy.Sent an email with photos attached, and got a very quick response apologising for the condition that it arrived in.They are sending a replacement, and looking at their procedures.So full marks for customer service,

i'll be interested to see what turns up later in the week.

Well it was, Bacopa Australias. More like Bacopa ex-Australias.When i saw the box, i didn't quite know what to expect.

To be honest i only ordered from them to use up the loyalty points that i accrued when i bought my tank from them, so hopefully i'll end up with 1 & half pots for a quid or so
