Site lagging and loading slowly

I keep having this problem with TFF, whenever I try to reply to a post and letters just lag making it look like the computer is writing on its own and then the whole site lags and loads so slow it makes me absolutely kill my computer though it is not its fault.
I have to go out of the site, clear cache and cookies and log back in, and there is no problems after for some time.
My computer is not on fault here, my internet is not at fault here either.

Perhaps @dascrow can respond to this.
I personally have seen lagging on a few instances when initially loading the site , but most times I don't find lagging issues.
Anyone else experiencing lagging issues?

The only time I have lagging issues with my laptop is when I wake it up from sleep mode and it affects everywhere not just here.

My phone goes slow sometimes on TFF, but It also goes slow on other forums. Not just browsing tho

I only have issues like that when I haven't run CCleaner in a while. Not had a problem with this site.

It doesn't happen when I'm on other sites, just TFF...
