Sister Went Betta Crazy

so. my sister in college called me today to tell me how she rescured three bettas from walmart. she has them set up in three different tanks.
shes kept fish before and well. im sort of fish crazy(i think im on 11 tanks now )

so we know our stuff.

but she wants to name them. some name suggestions?

she has already named one Bartholomew...

they are all VTs. Bart is blue and i think the others are marbled red/white.

haha. she said she wants to get her hands on my next CT spawn

yep. it hit her. shes betta crazy. i just hope she dosent met some of you guys on here. she'll have 30 more by christmas

I normally get to know my fish before I name them, for intance, a name like "speedy" for a lazy betta might be a little to ironic for my own good.

Bart: is a blue VT

Homer: red CT

Flanders: slow marbled VT situated in the tank next to Homer

so yeah. i think shes pretty creative.

but all sorts of thanks to the names.

I'm glad she got them straightened out Naming is one of the best parts of getting a new pet, IMHO

Arrow- haha, did you scoop names from a baby name site and save them for a time just like this? Personally I have two baby name books on hand, but I use them for my writing- never occurred to me to use them for fish, too! Somehow when I see my animals a name comes to mind right away . . . a list like that would be handy for people who don't decide right away, though.

SRC- you're right, links would have been much kinder for people reading this thread Sooo, in case anybody else has a name dilemma . . .
