Best bet is to give it a salt bath and if you have no scaless fish add some salt to the tank.

I can't add salt to the tank - loaches.

How do I give it a salt bath by itself? I don't have a quarantine tank.

No salt in the tank then, get a bucket add some water and to start off with add a tablespoon of salt, watch the fish while you do it and leave it for 10 minutes not that if it acts weird, do a couple aday and gradually take the time up to 30 minutes once the fish can tolerate the salt.

Ok, need some more info first;

How long has the tank been set up and what is your tank cleaning regime on average/how regular is it and how do you go about it?
What exact area of the molly is affected and does the affected area have any odd texture to it like fluffyness, slimey looking or rough?
How is your molly behaving and is it showing nay other strange behavior or odd symtoms?
