Sick Molly - Red Eyes Lethargic Upside Down

Hi all

30 gll tank of mainly mollies few guppies and neons, ammonia 0 nitrites 0. Molly started swimming oddly earlier then sank upside down to bottom of tank. Have since isolated him in salted water with stress coat (freshly treated) perked up a bit, then noticed water had a lot of fluffy white gunk in it. Fish has red eye and is still upside down. Any ideas of cause? Any tips to help?

Update:
Molly still alive in quarantine but little improvement.

One thing you could try is lower the water level, really low like only a couple of inches. This can help with balance problems, also daily water changes to help remove any bacteria.
