Sick Apistogramma Agassizii

I bought a pair of apistos about 2 weeks ago but in the last couple days the male isn't acting right

Tank size: 120L
pH:7.2
ammonia:0
nitrite:0
nitrate: 40
kH:
gH:
tank temp:26

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
most sitting on the bottom but when he does swim is head kinda drags along and he keeps swimming into things, since doing a water change he is a little more active but still swimming into things a lot and a bit lathargic
His eyes have also changed colour, at first they where completly black but now his colouring continues in his eyes (not the pupil though)
he is no longer the least bit terratorial or agressive (he use to chase the barbs out of his spot)

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 80% a week, I was late by abotu 3 days this week due to a bad back

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: just prime

Tank inhabitants: 10x black ruby barbs, 3x platies, 2x apistogramma agassizii, 2x apistogramma hongsloi, 8x bronze cories

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): one piece of bogwood two days ago, 1 hongsloi 4 days ago and the other hongsloi about a week ago

Exposure to chemicals: none
