Sick African dwarf frog

Hi. I’m new here and looking for some advice with my dwarf frog. I have had a healthy (if not too fat) ADF in my community 20 gal fish tank for six months now. He was doing very well until he ended up with some white lumps on his body. I separated him into a 10 gal hospital tank (I set up a filter with bio material from my established cycled tank). I have been treating him for 3 days with Pimafix in case it is a fungal infection. So far the white spots/lumps are still there. He is acting mostly fine and eating everything I give him, but this just looks bad to me. I have attached a picture. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Thanks!

I just did some quick research on ADF diseases.. It appears that your frog maybe has a fungal infection, like you said.
