Siamese Fighting Fish

i soon found out that you cant get many other fish that go with a fighting fish and now i am looking to change it, to do so i need to make sure i get the right price.

If so what kind is it? your run of the mill standard Male you can buy for a fiver just about anywhere so would personally take it to a LFS and hope they give u a small bit of credit

Ahh. Makes sense now. To be honest, you might be better off giving it away or attempting to trade it in at your LFS.

That being said, if they sell them for around $5, I'd be surprised if they even gave you $2 for it. (and that would be a store credit)

Depends on the type tbh but it won't be much. You can still keep it and have many different fish with it though.

what other fish can go with it as i've heard the fighting fish go for fish with long tails and fins.

as said there is plenty of fish that can be housed with fighters/bettas.
