shy fish

I've just moved my labs and barbs to an 80 gallon tank with some syno's, SAE's and danios and they are really shy whenever the light is on - especially the barbs who are hiding at the back. There hasn't been any improvement in two days. Any suggestions or advice?

Maybe they are still stressed from the move. Are the lights brighter in this tank than the old or is there less cover by way of plants or decor that gives them shade?
