Should I Have More Male Than Female Corys To Breed Them?

Yes.  It is best to have at least a 2M/1F ratio.  The more males per female the better with corys.
 
They'll breed regardless, as long as you have 1:1 ratio the minimum.

I Usually have a breeding group of 10 with a 6 male to 4 Female ratio.

As Snazy said at 1:1 if fat and happy they will breed.
Although most of what I have read reccomend a 2 or 3:1 m/f ratio for various reasons.

But most important is fat and happy. Clean water, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, nitrates, at least in my opinion are not as critical. Mine are 40ppm. And lots if high protien food stuffs.
Then find out what gets them going. Some do waterchanges with cooler water. Mine were set off by barometric pressure. A cold front passing through would set them racing.
