Shattered Heater Concerns

Hello,

I was a bone head and didn't switch my glass tank heater off during a water change. While pouring water into the tank, the heater shattered into the tank. Should I be concerned about chemicals/substances that were inside the heater poisoning the water? One of my guppies was literally underneath it when it shattered and she touched the coils. Basically insta-death for her.

I did get all the glass out yes. Luckily it was a clean break.

Ok good. I did. With a Titanium heater this time.

Lucky it was clean break but I'm sure it was quite a fright! Sorry about the lost guppy
