Sexing Sajica Cichlid

Look what I've done!? I tested my water, everything still normal, nitrate 20. Due a water change so did 25%. Went to the LFS to have a look at their sajica again... and bought what I think is a pair! They are only small (2" I think) so I should be ok. They seems pretty docile at the moment, and the other fishes are not afraid of them. So far so good.

Could someone confirm for me that I have a male and female? Thanks.

Fish one female, the gold across the top and to the face, fish 2 is the male. Very nice pair too

Thanks. That made me very happy. They did look like they have paired up in the LFS. They only had 4, 3 similar size, one extra small one. Even in my tank now, after a few hours, they seem to be doing things together. The female seems to be more bold than the male. She was also actively moving gravel in the LFS. I think I'm going to enjoy watching them for years to come...
