That is difficult to say from suc h a distance, but I would suggest both are female. Their interaction is usually a more certain method to ascertain gender. If they are swimming together without charging and poking and fin flaring, they are likely either both female or possibly a bonded pair, but from the pinkish on both I would think likely females.
