Senior Beagle Health Problem

Just an update on my beagle, he is still doing alright, was just stealing other dog's food so I will feed her and I just boiled chicken, hope she eats as she is very picky. But they're okay. Wish I could adopt every dog at the pound though, will always wish that.

Beagle update: He is still on meds, still has very loud coughing spells, eats fine, loves his after dinner walk, dementia continues- you ought to see him frenzy over getting a piece of ham! I don't think meds are making a big difference and we all don't know how this dog keeps living with this heart problem, he is just plain lucky. I don't even understand how my mom keeps living either: car accident, numerous surgeries (coronary bypass, hysterectomy, hernia repair), smoker, thyroid, kidneys, cough, big on complaining, dementia, etc. and she is 86 and going strong! I don't get it.
