Selection Help

Hey all, I'm trying to decide what cichlids to get for my Rio 300 liter tank (48x20x24). I have allready got 3 apisto agassizi (1M + 2F) 2 angelfish and 2 ancistrus plecs. I need to pick some more cichlids to go in there, i've made a list of some possibles below, but I havent much experience with cichlids so I thort i'd get a hand from someone who knows a little more on them I'm trying to keep the tank as peacefull as possible, with small to medium cichlids, there will also be some harlequins and rummy nose tetras in there eventually. Please let me know what u think i should add to the tank and how many, and also the best sex ratios for each fish

Herotilapia Multispinosa (rainbow cichlid)
Laetacara Dorsigera (redbreast acara)
laetacara Curviceps (flag cichlid)
Anomalochromis Thomasi (african butterfly cichlid)
Cichlasoma Spilurum (blue eye cichlid)
Apistogramma Borellii

why not red empress? very beautiful fish that would seem to go well with the apistos. need cm here for this one.

btw I forgot to mention the tank is planted so they need to be non plant eating or digging fish

none-plant eating and not digging?...........dwarfs is all i can come up with to fit that category...lets see what cm has to say.
