Seachem Tabs?

I was advised on this thread to get some of these for my tank (pics on thread)
Been looking on eBay-are these the right ones?
They're not cheap are they?! How long do they last and would my plants need one each?

I was reading before that root tabs are not actually needed as long as you dose the water with ferts but if you do wanna buy them then yep there the ones or maybe you can try tropica brand
