Rosulate/rosette plants?

I'm after some 'rosette' type plants that aren't going to take over my tank like a sword does.
I think its likely to be crypts that I'll be wanting.
Echinodorus Reni is closest to what I'm looking far so for, except I don't really want any more red.
Your suggestions are most appreciated.

crypts can do that, i have red crypts so you probably wont be interested lol.
mini swords?
you can try and shape hairgrass
 
Looking down the plant list on Tropica, besides swords and crypts these are listed as rosulate
Helanthium bolivianum
Lagenandra meeboldii (though that may take over)

They both look perfect, thanks Essjay ?
 
I was looking at Lagenandra but some sites said it grows BIG which put me off.
