Rip Goldie

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce Goldie died this morning. I had a feeling he was going downhill. He hadn't been eating or swimming much in the last few days. I have had Goldie for about 7-8 months and I am sure he was at least a year old when I got him. He lived his life in a divided 10G that he loved a lot.

He will be missed, especially by my daughter as he was her fish.


Goldie, I hope you are in a better place

Thanks for telling us, sometimes comfort from people who share the same passion as you can really help.

I am sure you gave him a great life, and you can live guilt-free, knowing he died peacefully.

As sad as it is I know that he is better off. He was obviously suffering last night. I was sure I was going to find him dead this morning, but he was still alive. I came home at 3:00 and he was gone.
