Return Pump

hey there,

busy with a 700 litre tank was wondering will a 4300 litre an hour be ok as a return pump ? i use a overflow on the right side of the tank with carbon rowaphos and live rock and then in my sump i have live rock and caulerpa and then the return pump wich extends over the tank to the other end with 4 inlets that blows water from the top...

That seems fine.

My general rule of thumb is 4X+ turnover for the system from the return 40X-80X from Powerheads or closed loop(not that I would use a closed loop).

Just make sure you have enough drain to handle the flowrate
