Hi guys I will be purchasing a Red reef Starfish the Fromia sp.

Does anyone know what to feed these guys? Will they eat brineshrimp or de-shelled Scallops?

First, what are the details of your setup? Tank size, how long it's been setup, that sort of thing. From what I've read, they like well-established tanks, over a year old and they are sensitive to water chemistry changes, so again, this is something for an established tank. Also, that they eat microorganisms, tank detrius, and film algae, which isn't typically found in new marine setups.

If this were me, I'd leave it. Too hard. The wrong acclimation can even kill them. See what others say.
