well, its been long overdue, so i yanked out my Red Lillys and was to say i was somewhat shocked was an understatement....i really wasnt expecting what i found.

Its over 3Ft in length

Ive cut off all the pads in a hope that it will spread out rather than up in the future lol

Wow dude that's huge,
i just planted one (was almost dead) about a week ago, it's grown really full now, really nice to the substrate, about 8 leaves, 1 new one every 2 days it seems...

that's amazing though

You could just trim off those long leaves and leave the smaller one, that's how I train it to grow shorter and bushier...

Thats exactly what ive done, i snipped all the pads off at the bulb and replanted. I was just rather shocked that in a 125 litre tank i had a plant larger than the tank length then some llol
