So i have 2 or 3 red cherry shrimps that have these yellow things under their tails that look like eggs. I have had shrimp breed in here before and the shrimp that have eggs now are the children of the shrimp that bred here before. (I can tell because they are slightly stripy)

Yes, those are eggs. They aren’t quite ready to hatch though. When they are close to hatching, they will get darker and darker, and you may even be able to see the eyes of the fry in the eggs.

Just to add another picture of a Cherry Shrimp with her eggs. She is munching on an exoskeleton from a molt while juggling the eggs which they do to keep them clean and aerated.
