Recommendations for 7.5 gal cube tank filter

I currently have this filter that came from the tank that I got from sam's club/amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NBWVIUQ/?tag=ff0d01-20
And the filter is getting old and not doing so well. I don't know where to find the filters at anymore besides Walmart and I think they discontinued them. Any recommendations for a filter that can filter pretty well for a small tank and having not much of a strong turret for a betta? Thanks.

Small sponge filters or Azoo.

A small hang on back filter, perhaps the brand top fin do little hob filters for betta tanks.

Sponge filters are the safest option. Small internal filters with slow flow, will also work.

Can you post a picture of the intake tube and/or? the bottom of the pump. I may be able to help.
