Reckon This Filter Will Do?

Found this on Aquacadabra just down the road from me and was thinking about putting it in an ARC 60, will be using the new Eclipse 24W light pod and dosing TPN+ and Excel so was thinking about the whole 10 x turnover. Stock will be Micro Rasbora and Shrimp or maybe Rams.
