besides a betta, my first fish were glowlites and danios....

the danios pursued the glowlites to death....

Zebras Seem To Be Getting On Fine With The Glowlights, Tank Is 18 Litres, And Its Sitting On Lots Of Cushions Which Are Sitting On My Cupboard :fun:

Nice tank. :)

But I think you mean 18 gallons. ;) 18 litres would be like 3.5 gals, my betta tanks are 3 gal and they hold 12 litres.

your tank is not lvl, it will be putting excess strain on the bottom i would lvl it asap. looking good tho. i like the pic of the fish rushing around the "no fishing" sign. ;)

He means that if you dont move the tank, it could break soon. You really need an even surface :/ . Keeping on cushions is putting more pressue on some parts of the tank than other, those parts of the tank will probably break, killing your fish. Its ok for the tank to be on a slope, but it needs a hard surface :) .

Oh good. :)

Yes, having a solid level suface is important. Someone on this forum (Miss Wiggle I think) had a terrible accident with a tank cracking, and I believe hers was on a solid surface! Cracked tanks aren't much fun.
