Is that ram quite new in the pic truck?

I don't have rams anymore, probably will again though, heres my male (before I had a decent camera, so there's either too much flash or out of focus):

yeh that was the second day id had her, she was very thin. look at her stomach! , but shes getting fat now, she is really starting to nature i reckon shes about 2 inch at the moment

Yeah thats what I thought and we had many a discussion on this forum about them but they are male and female. I've watched her laying eggs and the male fertilizing them and we have had little beady black eyes in the eggs but so far they have all been eaten before they hatched!

Gil those are both female. They dont need a male to lay eggs. This is a pic of a male GBR.

tis true you will see if from time to time females laying eggs with each other. my jags did it and they even acted like a pair while one would take care of the eggs the other would patrol and defend.

honestly just frequent water changes my water is at ammo 0 ppm nitrite 0 ppm nitrate 10 ppm or less and keep water temp around 82F
