Hi all.
Just got over a touch of flu, knocked me on my backside it did!!! I never have time off work but I could hardly move. Glad that's over with.
Anyway......
I've recently bought a few of my absolute favourites, rainbowfish. 1 blue male and 2 females and two Bosemani males and 3 females. The issue I'm having is one Bosemani male and the Blue male seem to hassle each other. There's nothing nasty happening but they swim beside each other flaring their fins and flashing their colours. As amazing as it is to see the colours flashing (especially the red nose on the blue male) I don't want any undue stress in the tank. They're all quite young and boisterous. Are they sorting out the "pecking order?" Rainbows are supposed to be such peaceful community fish so it shocked me to see them hassling each other rather than the females.

Its what they do..I've never seen them carry it to a death fight. Breaks up their day to chase and push each other.
