I currently have a 2.5Gallon, with a male betta, 6 neon tetras and 3 albino corys in a tank, I only had the betta in but they were at a fish auction today for free, and I am getting a tank in about a month. Would they be ok in there for now? Or should I put the betta in a seperate tank.
Thanks in advance,
Neal

Ok, how about I do them every hour until I go to bed and one in the morning? Would that be ok? (Go to bed about 11:30-12:00 and wake up 7:30.

Neal, you already have fish in extremely cramped conditions - why did you get more ?
It's not like you didn't know..... :/ you've been posting a lot over the past few weeks and you know very well what people's view are.

The only thing that will help is to take them to the shop tomorrow where they stand a chance to live.

I took that into consideration, I bought a 18" tank and the black moores are currently in that, the fighter is in the 4 G and the rest are in the 2.5 but I know my LFS will look after them for me until I get my new tank, they are very caring and kind... :)

Why put one single fish in a 4 gallon and cram the rest into a 2.5 gallon - doesn't make sense at all

At least swap them around. Obviously make sure that your tetras and corys have heating.

I've put the loach into the 2.5, the two black moores in the 4 (I'm rehoming them soon anyway) and the rest of the fish in my (roughly) 15G with the heater and filter. It has aquarium sand that has already been used, and it has my filter I had in it, and the heater, along with ornaments and silk plants used in other tanks.
Hopefully they will be ok, we will just have to see what tommorow brings!

Neal
