I have a 10L I want to use as my "planted" tank. I am thinking I want a couple oto's in it to keep the algae down, I'm not sure of any others I can keep in this size tank? Or is this going to be too much work and I should just grow plants in there? :D

id say that its a little small for oto's alone. they like to be in groups of 5+ although it would make a great shrimp tank :good: and they'll keep the algae down to

Red Cherry Shrimp would be a good first Shrimp as they are fairly forgiving.

Failing this, Zebra Nerite Snails are very good at eating algae.
