Questions About Ghost Shrimp

My 4 ghost shrimp, have looked a bit different lately...im seeing the organs being more greenish-yellow-pukey. I don't know if its the algae discs or...

Mine do when they've had a really good feed and are stuffed.... I don't think it's anything to worry about. Any illness will affect the flesh rather than the organs and make it 'milky' rather than translucent - then you know you got a sick shrimp.
