I'm a 22 year old - in pretty good shape.

If I eat another meal like this, how short will the rest of my life be?

Who knows a bus could get you tomorrow. But seriously scientists have discovered that even people that look thin/ fit can have an unhealthy amount of fat stored around their internal organs, mostly their heart. Eggs although they have received a bad rap aren't really all that bad it just depends on the way they were cooked eg. fried or poached in water. Same goes for the meat and the potatos and it also comes down to what sort of oil was used to cook the meat eg, peanut oil, canola oil or grape seed oil. Ideally a bit of everything is good for you it is when you take it to extremes either way that problems with your health set in.

Good god that looks tasty!
Mate if eating a bit of junk every now and again was so bad then vast areas of the western world would be um populated....

If we went supposed to eat meat and cheese and chips (oh those chips) then they wouldn't be do tasty :)

That's such a strange question and really cannot be answered. It depends on too many variables. Your immune system, family history, genetics, how often you exercise, how much you weigh, eat, sleep, stress levels, how polluted of a city you live in, etc, etc, etc, the list goes on. You may as well go see a psychic and look for answers there lol.

The food looks good but I'd def jump on the treadmill after that meal :hyper:
