Hi have a betta fish and a few khuli loaches in an aquarium at home. I heard it would be best if I fed the loaches at night with the lights off because they are most active at night plus my betta would eat most of their sinking pellets before they do if i fed during the day. However, if i did feed the khuli's at night would the betta still be able to find and eat the food despite it being dark? Please answer thanks :)

It depends how dark the "night" is. Betta are not nocturnal, so in total darkness they will be "sleeping" which means not active. Loaches are nocturnal so they will be out and scampering about. Dropping in their sinking food pellets/tabs/disks after the room is in total darkness (no room light, no daylight, and tank light off for at least an hour) should work.

BTW, a Betta is not a community fish, so it would be best alone. But as you already have the loaches, try the above.
