I am doing a 55 gallon tank but am also looking at a nicer 10ish gallon tank to use as a planted display tank that will double as a quarantine tank when needed. I am looking at the following species. If using purely as a quarantine tank and limiting to smaller amount at a time (ex. 6 Tetra or 2 Bolivian Ram) , would a 16" cube be acceptable (this would be ~14gal)? Again this would JUST be for the 4-6 week quarantine and then they'd get the full 4' of the 55gal tank.
- Tetra (neon, cardinal)
- Dwarf Chain Loach
- Clown Killifish
- Bolivian Rams
- Stiphodon Goby
