Purple/green plant.

I had a plant it had green on one side of the leaf and purple on the other side my gourami and molly ate it though idk if it was a aqua plant or not it was in water when i got it

Sounds like a Purple Waffle Plant, it's a bog plant. It may live up to a year in the tank. I really like them, but because there not true aquatic plants, I passed.
