It is a Tidepool sculpin (Oligocottus maculosus). Very fun little guy!

Dang those things are cute! We have a "mottled sculpin" that lives in the upper Wind River valley near here. If I ever do a native tank, I want to add a few. Must be an exceptionally adaptable family!

I am becoming quite enamored with sculpins. Something about that big head/little body packed with personality I find hard to resist.

A new addition I got last night: a Sea gooseberry jelly (Pleurobrachia pileus). He started very shy but put on a light show this afternoon!
