I was wandering........I heard that for a little treat you can chop up earthworm  and feed it to my puffers. I havent tried this yet, it sounds a bit gory. Does anyone know whether its ok to throw in a garden snail? I know puffers like water snails but what about the ones in your (UK) Garden? :D

Harking back to distant childhood memories of my brother and I messing around in the garden - I seem to remember that if you put ordinary garden snails in water, they just fizz and ooze green goo. But, don't let me stop you!

When I was a child I used to put salt on them and watch them fizz away! Cruel I know. But I didn't know that would happn if you put them in water. Maybe I'll have to relive my childhood days and experiment.

I feed our goldfish chopped up garden worms all the time... they hoover them down... absolutely love em.
im not sure about puffers though.... but hey.. im sure giving it a try wont hurt!
good luck
