Hi, my plants are growing really well in the sand substrata, I am not up on names yet can I just snip at the length when they get too much, or is there a procedure?.....thanks.....

edit:if your tank is still the same as TOTM, you've Baccopa & twisted Vallis to the right.
either Cabomba or Limnophila rear middle, with Java Fern infont of it.
Not sure about the stem to the left, maybe Ludwigia, but the leaves look too small.
